The Portland Solar Access Program is a community-led collaboration between Energy Trust of Oregon, APANO, Community Energy Project and Self Enhancement, Inc. to install no-cost solar for income-qualified Portland families so they can benefit from clean, carbon-free power and save on energy bills for years to come. The program will also strengthen and diversify the local solar workforce. The Portland Solar Access Program has been made possible in part by a grant from the City of Portland, Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund.

APANO is providing direct access to this program and leading community outreach efforts to connect eligible households—helping build a cleaner, more sustainable, and resilient community for years to come.
